The Ancient City of Damascus Has Fallen

The Islamist Flag is White, Red, Black and Pale Green

Jesus Reveals Damascus Will Cease to Be a City

Suddenly and without warning, the ancient city of Damascus fell yesterday night to rebel Islamic forces. What does this mean for the prophecy revealed by Jesus in the Bible about the fate of Damascus in the last days?  Only Jesus reveals why Damascus has fallen.  The time to uncover the truth is running out.

Why are the colors of their flag white, red, black and pale green?  What can only Jesus reveal about this?

Only Jesus can reveal the fate of Damascus.

White, Red, Black and Pale Green

Let us not forget the words of Jesus and the promise of God in these uncertain times. Seek the truth of Jesus, embrace faith in the Lamb of God, and unlock the key to eternal freedom.

Isaiah 17 gives a prophecy about the destruction of Damascus. The prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah (Jeremiah 49:23-27) and Amos (Amos 1:3-5) tell of the destruction coming to one of the world’s most ancient cities.

Jesus reveals Damascus will be destroyed for worshipping the unclean spirit that opposes the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross.

Isaiah 17:1-3 (NIV)
1 A prophecy against Damascus: “See, Damascus will no longer be a city but will become a heap of ruins. 2 The cities of Aroer will be deserted and left to flocks, which will lie down, with no one to make them afraid. 3 The fortified city will disappear from Ephraim, and royal power from Damascus; the remnant of Aram will be like the glory of the Israelites,” declares the Lord Almighty.

Three Islamic groups came together to take control of Syria:

Ahrar al-Sham: A prominent Islamist group aiming for a state governed by Islamic law.

Jabhat al-Nusra (later rebranded as Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham): Initially affiliated with al-Qaeda, this group became a dominant force in the opposition.
Jabhat al-Nusra means Front for the Conquest of the Levant
Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham means Organization for the Liberation of the Levant

ISIS (Islamic State): Though initially part of the opposition to Assad, ISIS pursued its own goal of establishing a global Islamic caliphate.

All three of these groups are Salafi. Salafism means to follow “the rightly guided ones”, which is the following of the first four leaders of Islam—Mohammad, Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman. These are the four riders on horseback in Revelation chapter 6.

The great spiritual war few understand

What will the Salafis do in Syria?

Salafism is an Islamic movement that emphasizes a return to the practices of the first generations of Muslims, often referred to as the “Salaf al-Salih” (the “Pious Predecessors”). These include the False Prophet Mohammad (Revelation 6:1-2), and the early leaders to follow him—Abu Bakr (Revelation 6:3-4) Umar (Revelation 6:5-6) and Uthman (Revelation 6:7-8). This is why their colors are white, red, black and pale green.

Salafis teach mankind is saved by following Sharia Law only.

Key Features of Salafism:
Literal Interpretation of Islamic Texts
Salafists advocate a literal understanding of the Quran and Hadith, rejecting metaphorical or interpretive approaches that developed in later Islamic scholarship. They completely reject the Deity of Jesus Christ, and they require teaching that Jesus was not crucified.

Rejection of Innovation
Salafism opposes what it considers to be religious innovations (bid’ah) that deviate from the practices of the early Muslim community. This includes certain cultural traditions, rituals, or theological interpretations that emerged over time.

Focus on Tawhid (Monotheism of Allah only)
Salafism emphasizes the concept of tawhid, or the oneness of God, and strongly rejects practices seen as associating partners with God, such as recognizing Jesus is the Son of God.

Purity of Worship
Salafists emphasize strict adherence to Islamic law (Sharia) and rituals as prescribed by the Quran and Hadith. All prayer must only be directed to the image of the beast, the Kaaba in Mecca. (Revelation 13:11-14) in Revelation 13, Jesus reveals why Damascus has fallen.

Revelation 13:11-14 (NIV)
11 Then I saw a second beast, coming out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb, but it spoke like a dragon. 12 It exercised all the authority of the first beast on its behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed. 13 And it performed great signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to the earth in full view of the people. 14 Because of the signs it was given power to perform on behalf of the first beast, it deceived the inhabitants of the earth. It ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived.

The four colors of the unclean spirit that wants to be God

The Spiritual Antichrist, the Four Colors of this Spirit

1 John 4:1-3 (NIV)
1 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3 but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.

Philippians 2:9-11 (NIV)
9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Jesus reveals why Damascus has fallen and Jesus said a false Revelation would come into the world.  Jesus said this some 550 years before the Qur’an was given to Mohammad.

Revelation 22:18 (NIV)
I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll.

Revelation 22:19 (NIV)
And if anyone takes words away from this scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, which are described in this scroll.

Jesus is returning soon. The Book of Revelation is directly from Jesus Christ. It is the most important book in the Bible for the world today.

The truth is Jesus is the Son of God, died for our sins, and is the only path to the Father and eternal life.

Jesus is returning soon. Put your trust in Jesus Christ. His words are always true.

JESUS FULFILLED 351 OLD TESTAMENT PROPHECIES

The Old Testament, written hundreds of years before Jesus’ birth, contains at least 351 prophecies that Jesus fulfilled through His life, death and resurrection. Mathematically speaking, the odds are staggering of anyone fulfilling a small amount of prophecy. Fulfilling just 8 is impossible!

Jesus reveals why Damascus has fallen, and Jesus gives seven sure signs you are living in the last days.

Jesus Warned About a Coming False Text

Visions from Jesus Reveal the truth of Islam.  How likely is fulfilling 351 prophecies to be random? Let’s say you are looking for a unique single grain of sand. If you filled the entire universe with sand grains (1 x 10 to the 90th in grain numbers), it is vastly more probable that you pick up one grain, and find that one to be the special one you are looking for, than for the 351 prophecies of Jesus to be just random luck fulfillment. In other words, prophetic Jesus is a certainty!! More certain than most can understand.

Jesus Fulfilled 351 Old Testament Prophecies

John 5:24-27 (NIV)
24 “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. 25 Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live. 26 For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself. 27 And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man.”
